Chase House Inn - Policies
Prices and Taxes:
Our rates do not include the 8.5% New Hampshire meals and room tax and 3.0% credit card fees. Taxes and fees are calculated when booking through our website. Rates are subject to change without notice. Our rates are for one or two guests per room.
Beginning April 2023, any refunds issued due to cancellation are subject to the third party credit card company fees.
Reservations and Deposits:
Deposits in the amount of full payment for your reservation including taxes and fees will be taken to confirm your reservation when booking through our website. We do not accept credit card information over the phone. We do accept phone reservations and will email guests an invoice for a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.
The Chase House Inn is a Non-Smoking property.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A continental breakfast is included with your stay and provided daily from 7:00am – 10:00am.
The Inn is a niche property catering to those who are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our reception hours are 8:00am – 10:00pm and the entrance to the property is locked at 10:00pm. The property is not a Hotel with 24/7 access and we do not provide a key to the front entrance. Arrangements must be made in advance for any access to the property after 10:00pm. Please contact us in advance of your reservation for further information if your stay requires access to the property after 10:00pm.
No outdoor footwear is permitted indoors except at the entrance foyer. Please bring indoor footwear or socks. A shoe rack is available inside the guest entrance.
Guests are responsible for any property damages and will incur the cost of any damages, repairs, and any loss of revenue.
Children and Pets:
The Inn does not accommodate children under the age of 12. While we love animals we are unable to accommodate pets.
Free parking is available onsite for guest vehicles only. Please notify us if you are expecting a visit from someone not staying at the Inn to ensure we have adequate parking.
The Chase House Inn will not sell or otherwise distribute any personal information to any 3rd parties.
The Chase House Inn is not responsible for items lost or stolen on the property during your stay on the premises. If we discover items left behind after your stay we will contact you and make arrangements for the items to be returned.
The Chase House Inn is not responsible for circumstances preventing guest’s arrival for check-in. If guests do not check in during the stated check-in time and/or otherwise contact the inn to make alternative arrangements, they will be considered a no-show. Cancellations within 48 hours of a reservation and no-shows will be charged for the entire reservation. Cancellations more than 48 hours before arrival will be refunded within 7-10 business days from our booking provider. If there are unforeseen circumstances and the Chase House Inn must cancel reservations, guests will be refunded in full.
